CTDC operates as a group of legally registered entities working collaboratively across jurisdictions.

The CTDC Group is headquartered in London at 1 Gough Square, London EC4A 3DE, United Kingdom.

The group’s founding and parent entity is Centre for Transnational Development and Collaboration Ltd (Company number 08818738), a company registered in England and Wales. This entity is the originator and owner of CTDC’s intellectual property, methodologies, educational frameworks, and knowledge assets, and provides strategic oversight across the group.

CTDC Consultancy Ltd (Company number 12074787) is a company registered in England and Wales and is responsible for the delivery of CTDC’s consultancy services and the operation of CTDC Academy. This includes the implementation of professional learning programmes and related educational activities.

CTDC also works through a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and registered in Palestine, which supports the delivery of Arabic-language educational and capacity-building programmes. These activities are carried out under subcontract and in alignment with CTDC’s mission, institutional standards, and governance frameworks.

All entities operate collectively as part of the CTDC Group, enabling coordinated, context-responsive, and ethically grounded work across different legal and geographic contexts.
